INSET DAY - 8th July
School is closed for ALL pupils on Wednesday 8th July as we have an INSET day to plan for next year. This is our last INSET day this academic year.
We are devastated to hear of the death of a much loved and long-serving member of our school community.
Mrs Blandford had worked with us as a lunchtime supervisor for 31 years. She sadly passed away on 30th April after a short battle with cancer.
She will be greatly missed.
Everything you need to know about our response to Covid-19 can be found on our Covid-19 Support Page. Here you will find lots of advice and information about how to access work for students. Back to School Dates
First Day of Term
The first day back for pupils will be Thursday 5th September, with registration taking place at the usual time of 8.40am. We are looking forward to welcoming back students and meeting some new faces.
The office will be open from 9am on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th September for parents to purchase school uniform and credit their child's dinner money account (click for further information on dinner system changes). We would recommend to parents that they make use of the open days prior to the start of term, as the office will be busy on the first day of term.

Our School MPs had an incredible time at UK Parliament.
We walked down the same hallways and staircases graced by Kings, Queens and Prime Ministers, stood on the spot Mandela and Obama addressed crowds in Westminster Abbey, gazed at the throne in the Queen's dressing room and stood in the places of national lawmakers in the House of Lords chamber.
It was amazing to watch the Houses of Parliament in action and our children enjoyed it immensely.
Thanks to Stephen Morgan MP for taking time out of his day to answer questions and sneak us into hidden hallways and "secret" rooms. *Shhh....*

HMS Queen Elizabeth
Pupils enjoyed an incredible tour of the brand new HMS Queen Elizabeth curtesy of The Royal Navy. Highlights included; sitting in the Captains chair, a tour of the flight deck and climbing up the many internal ladders!
A huge thank you to The Royal Navy for having us and the individuals members of their team who made our morning truly unforgettable. The size and scale of HMS Queen Elizabeth, and the incredible work that the Royal Navy do, was very inspiring for staff and pupils to witness.
